Did You Miss Out On The Sweat Challenge? The Redo Challenge Starts February 28
the redo challenge

If you’ve just completed the Sweat Challenge, CONGRATULATIONS! Together the Sweat Community completed more than 1.3 million workouts and I really am so proud of everyone for getting it done. Take the time to celebrate, rest and reflect on just how far you’ve come in the past six weeks.

I know so many of you were thrown some curveballs along the way, while some of us (including me!) had an average start to 2022 and never even got the opportunity to start the Sweat Challenge!

When I shared that I had Covid-19 during the first week of the Sweat Challenge, I was surprised to hear how many of you also couldn’t join the Sweat Challenge for sooo many reasons.

Maybe life got in the way and getting into a new routine hasn’t been achievable or perhaps you couldn’t participate in the Sweat Challenge because of illness or injury. Don’t worry, we have just the thing to get you back on track.

For me, I’m ready to hit the refresh button and give it another go and I know that many of you feel the same way.

So to help you start fresh and get back on track, we are bringing you The Redo Challenge

What is The Redo Challenge?

The Redo Challenge is an altered version of the Sweat Challenge that we created for anyone that missed the opportunity to start 2022 with a bang! And judging by what I’ve read in my DMs and comments, it sounds like there is a LOT of you.

Sweat trainers Kelsey Wells, Chontel Duncan and Cass Olholm and I have each designed a brand new 4-week program especially for The Redo Challenge, and these programs are designed for a range of different fitness levels and equipment options.

Doing your workouts and staying on track can be tough, but when it comes to hitting the refresh button and getting back in the game, it doesn’t get much easier than this.

When is it?

Launching on Monday 28 February, The Redo Challenge is a community event available for Sweat members within the Sweat app. Make sure you have the latest update of the Sweat app, and The Redo Challenge will be available!

Registration is open from Wednesday 23 February until Wednesday 9 March, and the challenge itself runs from Monday 28 February until Sunday 27 March.

What is my 4-Week High Intensity Redo Challenge?

I would love you to join me for four weeks of Sweat with my new 4-Week High Intensity Redo Challenge, which is full of some of my favourite exercises to leave you feeling fit and strong. You'll need to set aside 25-35 minutes for each workout (or 10-15 minutes for your optional Express Workout) and just need a resistance band, chair, skipping rope and dumbbells to get moving.

Let’s do this together!

However your year has started and whatever life has thrown at you, this is your moment to start fresh. I encourage you to leave behind the "new year, new me" mentality and focus on what you can do TODAY that will benefit you.

If you’re new to Sweat, it’s also a chance for you to get to know the #SWKCommunity — follow me on social media, and use the hashtags #SWK, #SweatChallenge or #TeamKayla to find these incredible women who support each other to hit their goals and connect through fitness.

Ready? Register for The Redo Challenge today and I’ll see you in the Sweat app for our first workout next Monday!
