Let’s start 2020 stronger together!
One of the things that makes me SO excited about the new SWEAT Challenge is that there is something for everyone.
I have created EXCLUSIVE workouts for the SWEAT Challenge. The BBG Challenge program can be done anywhere, and the BBG Stronger Challenge has been created for the gym.
These Challenge programs have been created to suit YOU — whether you’re a fitness beginner, intermediate or advanced.
So if you’re new to training, or you want to take your fitness to the next level, the SWEAT Challenge is ready for YOU!
You’ll be training alongside women from around the world who make up the BBG Community.
I’ll be doing the six-week Challenge with you too, and I’ll be there to SUPPORT you the whole way!
We’re ALL going to start 2020 stronger together!
How do I join the SWEAT Challenge?
You can join the Challenge RIGHT NOW!
Once you’ve downloaded the SWEAT app and subscribed, click on the “Join the Challenge” banner.
Once you’ve selected your program — BBG or BBG Stronger — you can then choose your Challenge level of difficulty.
There are two options: “Starting Out”, which is for beginners, or “Challenge Me”, which is suitable for the ladies who have an intermediate or advanced level of fitness.
Once you’ve made those choices, you’re in!
Your Challenge workouts will start when the SWEAT Challenge begins on January 13, 2020.
What are the BBG Challenge programs?
My SWEAT Challenge programs follow my training styles of BBG and BBG Stronger, and you can only access these six weeks of exclusive workouts if you join the Challenge.
