Working out doesn't have to be a chore! I have put together some short videos with exercises targeting your abs, arms and legs that you can complete in the comfort of your own home- some of them don't even require you to leave your mat! You can find more exercises and home-friendly workouts similar to these in my app!

At home leg workout

Complete 15 reps of each of the below exercises and repeat this 3 times, get ready to feel those legs burn! Make sure to choose box heights that are suitable for your strength level and only do what feels comfortable for you. 

- Squat & Press
- Tuck Jumps
- Bench Jumps
- Reverse Lunge + Knee Lift (15 per side)
- Knee Ups (15 per side)
- Split Squats
- Box Jumps

At home arm workout

 

Complete 15 reps of each of the below exercises and repeat this 3 times, your arms will be feeling it! 

- Commandos (15 per side)
- Lay Down Push Ups
- Outward and Inward Snap Jumps (15 out; 15 in)
- Snap Push Ups
- Mountain Climbers (15 per side)
- Drop Push Ups
 

At home core workout

This is one of my favourite at home ab workouts! Simply complete 20 reps of each of the below exercises and repeat for 3 rounds.

- Commandos (10 per side)
- Mountain Climbers (20 per side)
- Weighted Bent Leg Jackknifes
- Weighted Straight Leg Jackknifes
- Straight Leg Sit Ups + Twist (10 per side)
- Raised Leg Ab Bikes (10 per side)
- Toe Taps
- Raised Leg Sit Ups
