Raspberry Overnight Oats Recipe
Total time: 10 mins + overnight chilling

Ingredients:
- 160g raspberries
- 60g rolled oats
- 150ml low-fat milk
- 125g low-fat plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tbsp honey.
Method:
1. Place half of the raspberries and a little water in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Place the oats, milk, yoghurt, blended raspberries, chia seeds, vanilla and honey in a bowl and mix well to combine.
3. Pour the mixture into a mason jar or glass, cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. To serve, top the overnight oats with the remaining raspberries and enjoy!
