Blueberry Banana Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
- 30g rolled oats
- 1 medium banana
- 100g fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tsp LSA (Linseed, Sunflower Seed and Almond mix)
- 250ml low-fat milk (or milk of your choice)
- 100g low-fat plain yoghurt
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Method:
1. Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall glass or jar and enjoy!
