Homemade Tzatziki Recipe
I love making my own tzatziki, it tastes so much better than the pre-made ones you find in most supermarkets! I like to serve it with a healthy falafel in pita for a quick lunch! It also goes really well with grilled lamb or used as a dip for veggie sticks.

Homemade Tzatziki Recipe

Dietary preferences: Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Nut-free
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cucumber
- 300g plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Method:
- Peel and remove the seeds from the cucumber. Grate and squeeze out any excess water.
- Place the cucumber, yoghurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Enjoy!
