Toast Toppers You Need in Your Life

Here are my favourite flavour combos:
PB & Blueberry

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- Small handful blueberries
- ½ medium Banana, sliced
- 1 slice wholemeal or rye bread, toasted
Strawberry & Pistachio

Ingredients:
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- 2 tsp honey
- 10g pistachio, roughly chopped
- 1 slice wholemeal or rye bread, toasted
Tomato & Edamame

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 50g Edamame
- 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 slice wholemeal or rye bread, toasted
Avocado & Egg

Ingredients:
- ½ Avocado, mashed,
- 1 Radish, thinly sliced
