Healthy Banana Choc-Nut Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats, soaked overnight in ½ cup water, refrigerated
- 2 ripe bananas
- ¼ cup raw nuts, like cashews or peanuts
- 1 tbsp wheatgerm
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- ½ cup reduced-fat plain Greek yoghurt
- 10-15g chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder, optional
- 1 tsp honey, optional
- 3 ice cubes
Method:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
