Bath-time Bliss!
I love having a long hot bath on a Sunday night. It's such a nice way to end your weekend. There is nothing better than a hot bath followed by getting into some fresh pyjamas or a bath robe - bliss! You start the week feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Here are the essentials for you to have the best bath ever!
Bust out the candles
Invest in some scented candles and arrange them around your bathroom. Opt for soothing scents such as lavender, jasmine and patchouli. Turn off the lights, this will help relax and calm your body.
Invest in some bath oils & salts
For an easy at home detox treatment pour in 1-2 cups of Epsom salts, which will help draw out acidic-toxic waste in the body.
